ToCoo! Travel Car Rental: The Reservation Process for You Through the Internet/E-Mail

Step 1 : Search & Application 1) Select one Prefecture in Japan-map or Search by Train Station/Airport/Hotel and click the button for the next page, to find the outlet. 2) Click one of car rental companies and name of the outlet which you are going to start your drive. Then you have a guide of car rental office information and car classes list 3) Choose car class and click the Rental charge & Reservation button to get the Simulator page for car rental. SPECIAL OFFER; In case they offer Special offer, it is below the outlet map, please check it! 4) Select your intended season after click of Use Season, and input Date & Time in the Pick-up & Return column. 5) Click the Simulator button to get Simulated car rental prices, There is the Option charge table below the simulator. 6) Click the button below the simulator to reach "ToCoo Car Rental Application" form. 7) Fill all necessary items in application form and click Continue button. 8) Check again the filled items and the conditions of ToCoo reservations,. If you accept them, click the Send button.

Step 2 : Confirmation The car rental status (availability of the requested class car/date/price/etc) will be confirmed and E-mailed within 2 business days.

Step 3 : Alteration The alteration of car rental conditions can be requested by Change&Cancel Form and confirmed by E-mail.

Step 4 : Car Pick-up Visit the outlet taking the valid Credit card, National drivers license, International drivers license(or Alternative for drivers of some countries) and Passport with you. After registration and payment by credit card, you will have the car from the outlet.

Step 5 : Drive and Car Return After drive for rental period, you should fill fuel(Gasoline) up at gas station nearby the outlet and return the car to the outlet before the scheduled return time.
