Reservation Cancellations and Changes
변경 및 취소
* Cancellation fee is automatically charged on the registered credit card according to the cancel policy below,
in case you cancel the confirmed reservation.(including No Show)
* 확정된 예약을 취소한 경우에 취소수수료는 아래의 취소 정책에 따라서 자동적으로 등록된 신용카드에 청구됩니다.(연락없이 오지 않으시는 경우를 포함)
* Reservation will be automatically cancelled if you are late more than 1 hour for the scheduled pick up time.
Please be sure to contact the outlet directly to tell the estimated arrival time, in case you are late for the pick-up.
* 예약 시간을 1시간 이상 경과해도 연락이 없을 경우 예약 취소로 하겠습니다. 이 경우는 최소 수수료가 부과됩니다. 예약 시간에 늦는 경우는 반드시 영업소에 연락해서 도착 예정시각을 알려주시기 바랍니다.
* We can only accept Cancellation/Alteration by 16:00 Japan time ONE (business) DAY BEFORE your pick up date, and we are closed on Saturday,Sunday and Japanese National Holiday.
In case passing that deadline, please inform the outlet directly.
* 최소와 변경은 대여일의 1영업일 전, 일본시간으로 16시까지만 접수됩니다. 토요일, 일요일, 공휴일은 휴업입니다. 이 기한을 지난 신청, 변경은 처리되지 않습니다. 마감 후에는 직접 영업소에 연락하시기 바랍니다.
*The time/date you cancel is considered according to when we process cancellation request form during business hours. Not according to the time/date that you sent the mail.
* 취소 시각은 토쿠에서 영업시간 내에 처리를 한 시간을 취소 시각으로 봅니다. 취소 청구양식을 송신한 시각은 취소 시각이 아닙니다.
*The requests received after operating hours will be handled during the next business day.
* 영업시간 외에 수신한 변경, 취소 요청은 다음 영업일에 처리합니다.
*If cancellation request reaches after 16:00 Japan time of one business day before the pick up date,it is considered as the cancellation on the day of pick up.
* 예약취소 요청이 일본시간으로 16시를 넘어서 도착했을 경우 다음 영업일에 처리합니다. 대여 1일 전, 일본시간으로 16시 이후에 도착한 취소요청은 당일 취소로 취급됩니다.
*Cancellation charge will be charged according to the cancel policy, even in case you switch to other car rental brand.
* 타사로 변경할 경우라도 취소 수수료가 발생합니다.
*No cancellation charge is required if you cancel the reservation within 24
hours after the reservation is confirmed(even it is within 7days prior to pick up date).
* 고객님께서 렌터카를 예약하신 지 24시간 이내라면 만약 예약 완료일이 대여 7일 전 이내라고 하더라도 취소 수수료는 부과되지 않습니다.
