Insurance Coverage
All vehicles rented through ToCoo! Travel
have the following coverage:
If you get involved in an accident, you are insured up to the amount of
coverage limits given below. However, you will be responsible for all
damage and loss resulting from an accident if you are in violation of the
Rental Agreement, if the accident is not covered by the policy of the
insurance company, or if you fail to obtain an accident report from the
police.
저희가 제공하는 렌터카는 이하의 보험 보상이 적용됩니다.
사고를 당하신 경우는 아래 보상한도액 범위 내에서 보상해 드립니다.
다만, 계약위반 등으로 인해 보험금이 지불되지 않는 손해 및 보상 한도액을 초과하는 손해에 대해서는 모두 고객님의 부담이 됩니다.
또한 경찰에 사고 보고를 소홀히 한 경우에도 보험의 적용에서 제외됩니다.

Amount of Coverage Limits:

For accidental death, up to 10 million yen per person.
사망 1,000만엔(사람당)
For hospitalization, up to 7,500 yen per day.
입원 7,500엔(하루당)
For hospital outpatient visits, up to 5,000 yen per day.
통원 5,000엔(하루당)
For disability, up to the amount of the accidental death coverage.
후유장애 정도에 따라 1,000만엔을 한도로 합니다.

- An accident that is not reported to the local police and to the rental location (this includes an unauthorized settlement of an accident)
-경찰 및 렌터카회사에 사고의 보고를 소홀히 한 경우
(제 3자 기관의 개입이 없는 채로 합의가 성립한 경우를 포함합니다.)

-An accident while driving recklessly, such as an accident caused intentionally
-운전자의 무모한 운전 또는 고의로 인한 사고

- An accident caused by an unlicensed driver or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
-무면허 운전 또는 음주 운전으로 인한 사고

-An accident caused by a driver unauthorized by the rental car company
-사전에 영업소에서 등록이 완료되지 않은 운전자에 의한 사고
|
|
-An accident caused by the fault of the other driver
-중과실에 의한 사고

-A hit-and-run case or an accident during an unauthorized extension of your rental period
-뺑소니 사고 대여기간을 지나버린 상태에서의 사고

-Car repair or replacement costs, such as costs incurred to repair a flat tire
-타이어의 펑크 또는 타이어고정 부품 상실 등

Immunity Insurance
The arbitrary insurance(Immunity Insurance) is to avoid paying max100.000yen
,when you are involved in an accident.
Without Immunity Insurance, you will be entitled to pay max. of 50,000yen to
the car damage on accident and/or max. 50,000yen to the damage of other
property.
The addition of this insurance exempts you from these payment.
Immunity Insurance is compulsory for the reservation via Tocoo.
The confirmed total cost will be included Immnunity Insurance fee.
면책보험
면책보험(보상)이란 사고 시 청구되는 개인부담분이 면제되는 보험입니다.
보통 사고 시, 차량분에 면책으로 50,000엔, 대상분에 면책으로 50,000엔, 최대 합계 100,000엔이 청구됩니다.
면책보험 가입으로 이 지불이 면제됩니다.
또한, 토크에서는 모든 예약에 있어서 면책보험은 강제가입으로 되어 있어, 기본요금에 포함되어 있습니다.
Non-Operation Charge (NOC)

In case of accident/car theft/car damage/breakdown,you will be responsible
for the following amount of non-operation charge during the repair period,
regardless of the degree of damage or the duration of the repair time,except
the case the car renal company causes the accident/car theft/car
damage/breakdown.
차량 대여기간에 사고.도난.고장.그 외의 손상 발생 시는 손해의 정도에 관계없이 아래에 기술된 영업보상대금(NOC)
을 지불하셔야 합니다.
렌터카회사의 과실에 인한 사고의 경우는 이 범위로 한정되지 않습니다.
