At the time of rental, a valid driver's license must be presented at your pick-up location. See below to find out its minimum driving experience requirement for renting a car.
영업소 방문 시에는 유효한 면허증 및 기타 필요 서류를 반드시 지참하시기 바랍니다.필요로 되는 각 렌터카 회사의 면허증 취득 제한(면허증 취득 후 기간)을 확인 후 예약하시기 바랍니다.

Minimum six months of driving experience is required for rental.

Payment of Rental Rates
At the start of rental, full payment of the rental rates,
the amount mentioned in the email sent to you, must be made at your rental location.
If incurred afterward, payment of any other charges, such as late fees,
fuel charge and drop-off charge, must be made at the time you return the vehicle.
대여 요금 지불 방법
대여 수속 시에 예약 확인 메일에 기재된 대여 요금 전액을 지불하셔야 합니다.
대여 후에 부과된 추가 요금, 연장 요금이나 휘발유 보충비 등은 반납 시에 지불하시기 바랍니다.

Fuel Charge
At the start of rental, the vehicle will have a full tank of gas. You are required to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas; otherwise, a refueling service charge will apply. Refueling charges are calculated based on the per kilometer rate specified separately.

연료에 대해서
렌터카는 모두 연료가 가득 찬 상태로 대여됩니다.반납 시에는 반드시 가득 채우셔서 반납하시기 바랍니다.가득 찬 상태로 반납하실 수 없을 경우에는 별도로 규정된 주행 거리 환산 요금으로 정산합니다.
Late Charge
If you need to extend your rental period, you must call your return location in advance to arrange for an extension of the rental period. Payment of late charge must be made at the time you return the vehicle. Note that there will be a penalty charge if you do not bring back the vehicle on time without extending your rental period.
반납이 늦어질 경우
반납이 늦어질 경우
예정 반납 시간에 반납하실 수 없을 경우는 반드시 반납하실 영업소에 직접 전화로 연장을 요청하시기 바랍니다.실제 반납 시간을 근거로 연장 요금이 가산됩니다.
또한 대여 후의 연장은 렌터카 회사가 규정하는 통상 요금이 적용됩니다. 또한 연락 없이 연장하신 경우에는 벌금이 부과되므로 주의하시기 바랍니다.
Early Cancellation
If you need to return the vehicle earlier than your return date for any reason, contact the return location in advance to arrange for the return. The unused rental period will be refunded, but a cancellation fee will apply.
조기 반납
조기 반납
만일 예정보다 일찍 반납하실 경우는 반드시 반납 영업소에 연락하신 후에 반납하시기 바랍니다.또한 미소화분 대여 요금은 환불되지 않으므로 미리 양해하시기 바랍니다(미소화분은 취소 요금으로 상쇄됩니다).

*In the event of an accident, the coverage period is limited to 180 days from the date of the accident. Please note that the insurance coverage will not apply if you fail to obtain an accident report issued by the local police or if the accident is not covered by your insurance policy.
*You are responsible for costs incurred to repair and/or replace flat tires.
*Your cell phone number is to be registered for making a rental reservation.
*Make sure to be on time for your car pick-up. Call your rental location should you become aware of a delay in picking up your car.
*In the event of accident affair, the parts of driver's personal privacy may be disclosed to the third party for resolution of problems.
기타
* 사고 시 포상 기간은 최대로 사고를 당하신 날부터 180일까지가 됩니다.
경찰 또는 렌터카 회사에 보고하지 않으신 사고에 대해서는 포상 대상에서 제외 됩니다.
* 바퀴에 관한 고장, 펑크 등은 모두 실비 부담이 됩니다.
* 반드시 대여 시간에 늦지 않게 영업소에 오시기 바랍니다.대여에 늦으실 경우는 늦는 사실을 아신 시점에서 영업소에 연락하시기 바랍니다.
* 사고나 문제 발생 시에는 문제 해결을 우선하기 위해 고객님의 개인 정보를 제3자에게 알릴 수 있습니다.

Advise your agent in advance if you plan to return your car to a different location from the pick-up location.
A drop-off charge shown below will apply. However, it will not apply if you return the car in a free drop-off area described below.

대여차량의 타지점반납을 원하실 경우는 반드시 예약 시 또는 사전에 수속하시기 바랍니다.타지점반납 요금은 이하와 같이 적용됩니다."

If your pick-up and return locations are located in the same area, no drop-off charge will apply.
(not applicable in Hokkaido and Okinawa)

대여 영업소와 반납 영업소가 동일 지역 내인경우는 타지점반납 요금은 무료가 됩니다.(홋카이도, 오키나와를 제외)
* 사전 수속 없이 타지점으로 반납할 수 없습니다.
