* Application/Alteration/Cancellation requests reach on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays, or after 16:00PM Japan standard time are processed during the next business day.
일본 시각으로 16시 이후 또는 토요일, 일요일, 공휴일에 접수된 신규 신청, 변경, 취소는 다음 영업일에 처리됩니다.
**We can only accept Application/Alteration by 16:00 Japan time ONE (business) DAY BEFORE your pick up date. Application/Alteration passing that time will not be processed.**
신청, 변경은 승차일의 1영업일 전, 일본 시각으로 16시까지만 접수됩니다. 그 기한을 지난 신청, 변경은 처리되지 않습니다.

렌터카 이용시 주의사항
The quality and grade of fuel must be met for the requirements on the refill at gas-station (Diesel must not be in gasoline car). When you will have any doubt for refill, please ask any to gas-station staff.
Unless you keep it, the car will be damaged seriously or out of order and there may be a case that you will be charged for compensation of car damage or replacement.
주유소에서의 주유시, 연료는 반드시 차량에 적합한 것으로 주유하시기 바랍니다. (디젤 경유를 휘발유차에 절대로 넣지 말 것!) 확신이 없을 때는 꼭 주유소 종업원에게 확인한 다음에 주유하시기 바랍니다.
연료를 잘못 넣으면 차량이 크게 손상되거나 폐차될 수 있습니다. 이 경우, 차량 수리비용 또는 구입 비용 등이 청구될 수 있습니다.
We do not charge any fee on your credit card,
unless you are charged cancellation fee or violate the traffic law in
Japan/the rental contract with car rental company.
Payment for the car rental should be made at the outlet by credit card.

Submitting the application/alteration/cancelation/inquiry Form is required to be processed.

Correct credit card numbers and validity till 1 month later than the return date are required to book.
Small charge,e.g.1 dollar,may be charged on your credit card,when ToCoo checks credit card validity.
ToCoo can not stop it,since it is caused by the contract between you and the credit card company.
