How to reserve a rental car

  1. 1. After purchasing a voucher at TOCOO MALL, ToCoo! will send a notification regarding the "Coupon Code" to you.
  2. 2. Please check the car availability on the dedicated page of the car rental reservation site of ToCoo! You can search up to 185 days in advance.[Important] Please select the plan name: "Special Offer Ticket".
  3. 3. Please enter "Coupon Code" in the "Coupon Code/Distributor ID" field of the reservation form.By entering the Coupon Code, the amount of time purchased will be deducted from the total fare.
  • The difference in charges such as extension fee, drop-off fee, paid option fee, etc. will be charged to your credit card.
  • ToCoo!'s car rental reservation site allows you to make reservations up to 6 months in advance from the date of reservation.
  • If the rental car fee other than the ToCoo! option fee is less than the amount of the voucher, the reservation cannot be made.

Conditions of use

  • Compensation Coverage and N.O.C. compensation system (TAS) are mandatory.
  • If the rental car cannot be reserved due to full occupancy, the voucher price will be refunded.
  • If you do not use the rental car, the voucher price will be refunded.
  • If you request a refund within 90 days of purchase, the full amount of the voucher will be refunded.
  • Refund requests made after 91 days from the date of purchase and before the expiration date will be refunded the full amount of the voucher, but the customer will be responsible for the bank transfer fee.
  • If you wish to receive a refund, please contact ToCoo! Customer Support and request a refund before the expiration date of the usage voucher. Refunds will not be made without a refund request.
  • Refunds will not be made without a refund request.
  • No refund will be made if the voucher has expired.
  • Cancellation is free of charge if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the rental date.
  • Cancellation within 6 days of the rental car usage date is subject to cancellation fee.
  • You can use the voucher only once. If you wish to make a reservation again after cancellation, we will reissue the voucher.
  • If you wish to use the rental car for more than the number of days for which the voucher is valid, the extension fee must be paid at the time of reservation.
  • 2,200 yen (tax included) per day will be added for travel during the Spring Festival (January 29, 2022 - February 6, 2022).
