Telephone Translator Support can be used in ANY place and in ANY situation if you are in trouble or need help. With this service, you can travel safely and easily in Japan.

Telephone Translator Support is not only for the rental car outlet.
You can use this service in many situations, such as the examples below.

When you have a question during shopping
At a Japanese restaurant
When you are trying to ask for directions

* Usually you can use the hotel's or rental car company's phone to call for Telephone Translator Support.

Map Code Information Service

Map Code is a proprietary navigation system, which helps accurate pinpointing with a 6- to 12-digit number that is predetermined according to latitude and longitude.

e.g. Tokyo Sky Tree: 742 740*81

Please, do not forget to put “*” or spaces.
*You may not be able to put “*” and spaces. In this case, please try the followings.

■ If you cannot put any spaces, please put the number without the spaces.
■ If you cannot put “*”, please put the number before “*” only.

Please tell us the land mark, tourist spot, or address where you want to go to. We will find the map codes you need for your trip. Please note that we can only provide this service from weekdays from 10:00-18:00 Japan Standard Time.
(Cannot provide service during weekends or public holidays)

You can submit your request anytime and we will reply to you during our business hours.
Provide map codes for up to 10 locations.
200 yen per additional location if you need more than 10 locations.
ToCoo! cannot that guarantee all GPS models will be able to support Map Code search.

Cancellation Policy

We can refund the ToCoo option fee in the below cases only:
- If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your pickup date
- If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of confirmation

We can NOT refund ToCoo! option fee.
- If you cancel your reservation within 6 days of pickup date
- If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours after your reservation is confirmed
