About Cancellation Compensation Support
"Cancellation Compensation Support" is the Insurance covering the Cancellation Charge incurred with a cancellation within 6 days before the pick up date.
Compensation Provisions
Cancellation Charge is incurred in the case you cancel the ToCoo! reservation within 6 days before the car pick up date(except for the specified packages).
- Up to 7 days prior to your car pick-up

- 1"Cancellation Compensation Support" compensates for the cancellation charge incurred by the cancellation within 6 days before the pick up date.
- 2"Cancellation Compensation Support" covers the ToCoo! Option fee not to be refunded in the case of cancalletion within 6 days before the pick up date.
- 3All the cancellations, even for any reason, can be covered by "Cancellation Compensation Support".
IMPORTANT Notes
- "Cancellation Compensation Support" can only be purchased when you make a booking.
- "Cancellation Compensation Support" can NOT be added once the reservation is confirmed.
- The fee of "Cancellation Compensation Support" can NOT be refunded in the case of cancellation.
- "Cancellation Compensation Support" is an option, not mandatory.
- Cancellation Charge must be incurred for all ToCoo! reservations without "Cancellation Compensation Support" option even for any reasons of the cancellation.
