Q: Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel a ToCoo! option (T.A.S, Wi-Fi router, ETC card, etc)

If you cancel at least 7 days before your car pick up date, the paid ToCoo! option fee (except “Cancellation Compensation Support” Insurance fee, if you bought it ) will be refunded.

However, in case of cancellation within 6 days before the car pick up date, the paid ToCoo! option can NOT be refunded.
