3. Hokuriku Fireworks 2018 Kanazawa Festival

One of the best fireworks display in Japan is in Suwa, Nagano Prefecture. The program consists of two parts. 9. 87th Annual Tsuchiura National Fireworks Competition
This one is a nationwide fireworks competition, combined with a traditional fireworks display event which is said to be one of the three biggest fireworks displays in Japan. Hundreds of fireworks are lit with exquisite timing and diverse changes. In late 1925 (Taisho 14th year), the late lord Akimoto Umezumi who was a priest of Shinshuji started to hold on private lake Kasumigaura lake along with private property as a memorial for aircraft fighters. About 700,000 people gather around the lake every year to watch it.

15. Oyama Summer Festival 2018 – The 67th Annual Oyama Fireworks
One of the biggest displays in the Kanto region will be held at the Shima Ikawa in Oyama city, Tochigi Prefecture.
