On the TOCOO! website, you can book an Car Wi-fi device Rental at the same time as booking a rental car.
However, Car Wi-fi device Rental can be booked by 10 days before the car pick up date and pick up after 1 July, 2025.

Q: Is the Car Wi-fi device Rental option free?
Customers who make a reservation through TOCOO! can use unlimited Wi-Fi internet access free of charge within the term of their rental car use. If you reserve a rental car through TOCOO! when you visit Japan, there is no need to rent a Wi-Fi router or purchase a SIM card.
Car Wi-fi device can be picked up at 32 Airport Terminal across Japan, or at the designated convenience stores or post offices nearby.
*Pickup at the rental car store is NOT available.
Q: How can I rent a car with an English, Chinese, Thai language or Korean GPS?
Unfortunately, only Bilingual GPS, Japanese and English GPS can be offered at present.
There are cars with multilingual GPS, but it can NOT be chosen.
