Q: Can I extend the rental period of the ETC Card?
No, it is NOT possible.
You can not use the rented ETC Card longer than the car rental period.
Please be sure to return your ETC Card promptly after your car rental.
Q: Is it possible to specify the date of receiving my ETC Card?
No, it is NOT possible.
ToCoo! ETC card will be posted to the designated Convenience store/Post Office by 7 days before the car pick up date.
It is scheduled to reach by 2 or 3 days before the car pick up date.
You can not request nor change the delivery date.
