Regarding the pick-up location of Tocoo! options,
Please note that if you reserve Tocoo! options through us, such as ETC cards or snow socks, they cannot be collected at the car rental store.
Since Tocoo! is only an online car rental agency and not a car rental company that directly rents cars to customers, we need to mail the Tocoo! options to you if you reserve them through us.
However, because car rental stores do not accept parcels, we can only send the parcel to designated locations. We appreciate your understanding.
Currently, we can only send parcels to designated airport convenience stores or post offices.
Therefore, you cannot pick up the parcel outside these locations.
Q2: How to confirm where I can pick up my Tocoo! option parcel?
If you haven’t made a reservation yet
If you haven’t made a reservation yet and want to add an ETC card or snow socks as Tocoo! options,
you can confirm and select your pick-up location in the reservation form.
In the [Tocoo! Options] of [Customer Information] in the reservation form, you can click on the Tocoo! options to add.
After clicking on the Tocoo! option of the ETC card or snow socks, you can confirm the default pickup location.
If you want to change the pickup location, please click “Change delivery location” and then select your desired pickup location.

Please confirm the “■How to receive ToCoo! options” in your “【ToCoo!】 Reservation Confirmation” email.
If you want to change the pickup location after the reservation is established, please contact us at least 14 days before the pick-up date.
Otherwise, the pickup location cannot be changed after the parcel is sent.

Yes, if you arrive at the airport within one week before the car pick-up date,
we can arrange for you to mail the ETC card package in advance,
so that you can pick up the mail at the airport in advance.

If you wish to receive your ETC card early,
please contact us through the inquiry form after your reservation is established and tell us your expected arrival date and the airport you will arrive at.
We will try our best to arrange for you to mail the ETC card package in advance.

If you have not received the email 1 day before the pickup date, please check your Spam/Junk folder first.

- Add an ETC card or snow socks as the Tocoo! option when booking a rental car
- Confirm the pick-up location and pick-up date of the package (if there are any changes, please contact us in advance)

- On the day of pick-up, show the QR code for pick-up at the checkout counter of the convenience store.
