■NO CANCEL. Cancellation charge is incurred after passing 24 hours from the booking. The Cancellation Policy of Early Bird Plan is different from the general Cancellation Policy. Please be sure to check before you book.
■NO ALTERATION can be made once an Early Bird booking is made.In case you need to alter any condition, cancellation and re-booking are required. Even in this case, the cancellation charge can NOT be waived.
■ToCoo option fee can NOT be refunded in the case cancellation after 7 days before the pick up date.
■All the customers who make a booking under Early Bird plan must agree to the conditions including cancellation policy specified for this Early Bird plan.

The Cancellation Policy of Early Bird Plan is different from the ToCoo general Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation within 24 hours after the booking is made: Free of charge
After 24 hours of booking to 7 days before the pick up date: 20 % of the car rental fee(UNLIMITED) ToCoo Option fee is all refunded
6 to 3 days before the pick up date: 30 % of the car rental fee(UNLIMITED) and 100% of ToCoo Option fee(NO REFUND)
2 to 1 days before the pick up date: 50 % of the car rental fee(UNLIMITED) and 100% of ToCoo Option fee(NO REFUND)
On the day of the pick up date: 100 % of the car rental fee(UNLIMITED) and 100% of ToCoo Option fee(NO REFUND)
■The cancellation charge is UNLIMITED, till the paid full car rental fee.
■Even for any reason, Cancellation Charge can NOT be waived.
If you need to have snow tires, please do not book under the Early Bird Plan, since the cancellation charge is NOT waived even if the snow tires option is unavailable. Even in the case the snow tires option is unavailable, cancellation charge must be charged."
■Even in the case of flight cancel/change, the cancellation charge is NOT waived.
*Only in case the cancellation reason is a natural disaster, calamity, war, cancellation charge can be waived.
