■ Cancellation Policy
Note 1: The cancellation policy for the Early Bird Plan is different from other ToCoo plans/bookings.
Note 2: Cancellations within 7 days after the Early Bird reservation is made are free of charge.
Note 3: If you hope to have Winter Tires (request-based option), please submit the Winter Tires Request Form within 24 hours after making an Early Bird Plan booking.
・7 days after reservation confirmation (including the booked date) to 7 days before the pick up date: 20% of the rental fee(UNLIMITED) ToCoo Option fee is all refunded
・Cancellation 6 to 3 days before the pick up date: 30% of the rental fee(UNLIMITED) + 100% of ToCoo option fee(NO REFUND)
・Cancellation 2 to 1 day before the pick up date: 50% of the rental fee(UNLIMITED) + 100% of ToCoo option fee(NO REFUND)
・On the day of the pick up date cancellation: 100% of the rental fee(UNLIMITED) + 100% of ToCoo option fees(NO REFUND)
■ Cancellation fees can NOT be waived under any circumstances.
・From the 8th day after the reservation is made, cancellation fees are incurred.
・Even in case of flight cancellation/alteration, or Winter Tires request not confirmed, cancellation charge can NOT be waived
・Cancellation fees may be waived only in cases of natural disasters, calamities, or war.
