Picking Up a Car
1. Thoroughly check your reservation details in the confirmation email after booking
2. Bring the below required items to the outlet

International Driving Permit (under the Convention on International Road Traffic of 19 September 1949)
or Translated letter (Please bring "Translated letter" of your local driving license for the following countries:
Taiwan, Germany, Switzerland, France, Monaco, Belgium) - Original driving license
- Passport
- Valid credit card to make payment
- Copy of the confirmation email (print out or mobile phone display)
3. Arrive on time for your scheduled pick up time
If you are more than 1 hour late for your scheduled pick up time,
the reservation will be cancelled automatically,
and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Present the confirmation email from ToCoo! to the rental car outlet staff.

Register the information of everyone who will be driving the rental car.
A staff member will explain the details of the car rental to you.
Sign the car rental contract.
Pay the rental fee by credit card.

Go to the parking lot with the staff member.
