Changes
If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation with the updated details.
NOTES:
- Please note that vacancy of the car is not guaranteed when you rebook.
It is possible that the car you cancelled may be all sold out when you try to book it again. - Any cancellation fees will be charged to the registered credit card if you cancel a reservation within 7 days of pickup, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your reservation via the View/Cancel a Reservation page after logging in with your ToCoo! Reference Number and password.
*If you don't know your reservation number or password, please use the Password Reset tool.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fees for any reason will be automatically charged to the credit card on file in accordance with the cancellation policy below (including no-shows). Campaign plans such as "Early Bird plan" are subject to the cancellation policy of that plan.
- Cancellation Charge can NOT be waived even if it is incurred due to inevitability e.g. flight cancel, bad weather, disaster etc.
- Reservations are automatically cancelled if you are more than 1 hour late for the scheduled pick up time. Please contact the outlet directly to infom them of your estimated arrival time if you will be late for the scheduled pick up time.
- Cancellation Compensation Support covers all the cases of the below mentioned cancellation charge even for any reasons.

- The time/date you cancel is determined according to when ToCoo! sends the cancellation email to the registered email address, NOT according to the time/date that you click the cancellation button, send the email, or contact the outlet.
- Cancellation fees will be charged according to the cancellation policy, even if you just want to alter the conditions or switch to another rental car company.
- We can only accept cancellations from the View/Cancel a Reservation page.

- No cancellation charge is required if you cancel the reservation by 7 days before the car pick up date. However, a cancellation fee will be incurred and the paid ToCoo! option fee is not refunded for all cases, even if it is just after making the booking, in case you cancel the reservation 6 days before the car pick up date or later.
- If there is no ToCoo! options cancellation fee incurred, the ToCoo! options fee will be refunded to the registered credit card. It could take up to a few months to process because there are many steps involved in the international refund process. Please contact your credit card company directly for details on their policy.
