- Rental fees will be required even if not used the Wi-Fi device.
- The rental fee is charged whether the router is used or not.
- 1,350JPY(plus tax) is charged seperatly for sending package and Device registration.
- For returning items, use the envelope enclosed with the router that you receive. The envelope is prepaid. Please put it in the mailbox.
- To return the router after the due date, the late fee of 750 yen per day is required
- If the device has problem such as break down, it will be make up with following the policy below. The case of lost devices is not included.
Insurance Plan (Included with Rental)
Coverage for compensation fees in case the device is broken.
- Water exposure coverage
- Can have free replacement if the rented device is not function due to water or liquid exposure.
- Coverage for damage to the device
- In case the device is damaged during the rental period, usually there will be repair fees required. This can be covered by the insurance plan too.
- Device lost Coverage
- 20,000 JPY Penalty is incurred in case of a loss of device.
During Rental Period
Wi-Fi return date will be the same as the return date for rental car. Please be sure to return before the last collecting time of the post box. If it is after the last collecting time, it will be counted as return next day.
*Before/after or during rental car rental period, Wi-Fi router pick up or return is NOT possible.About Pick Up
You can pick up Wi-Fi device from your arrival airport or the hotel you will be staying at.

- Kansai International Airport *Kansai Airport Post Office is closed at present. The nearest Post Office is Izumisano Post Office.
- The device is sent to the designated location in a Letter Pack. We inform the tracking number of the parcel in advance.
- When pick up the device, personal identification document like passport is required.
- If you set the pick up location as a Post Office, you can only pick up the parcel during the business hours of the Post Office.
- When making the reservation, please enter hotel name, address and telephone number.
- If you want to pick up Pocket Wi-Fi device at the hotel, please contect to the front and give them prior notice about the package of Pocket Wi-Fi.
- Please be careful, If devices are lost because of making a typo in information for sending device, such as address or name, the extra charge of losing device will be charged.
Check the package
The delivery items will be the Wi-Fi main unit, AC power adapter, and user manual.
Package will also including Wi-Fi user guide and envelope for returning the package.
Please turn on the power of the device, you can connect your smartphone or computer to start using internet.
After turn on the device, please select the device Wi-Fi in your mobile device, after entered passwords, you will be connected to the internet.
Starting date
- Device will be checked and charged before sending to you.
- Wi-Fi rental period is the same length as car rental period.
- If usage outside the period is discovered, the actual cost will be charged at 500 yen per GB.
