- This offer includes a full refund of your rental car fee. To be eligible, complete your reservation for the eligible period during the offer period and apply to participate. Please note that the maximum refund amount is 100,000 JPY. Any amount exceeding this limit will be your responsibility. The following are not included in this offer: TOCOO! options, compensation, and insurance premiums. This program is subject to change, suspension, or termination without prior notice.

- Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via the registered email address after the offer ends. The benefit will be provided according to your payment method: bank transfer to a designated account, cancellation of the corresponding amount on your credit card, or refund of the payment amount. Details about the procedure will be provided in the winner notification email, so please check the contents carefully.
- Refund schedule
- Contacting Winners: Winners will be contacted within 2 weeks after the end of the offer. Credit Card Refunds: Refunds to credit cards are usually reflected within 30 days, but please note that there may be some delays depending on the processing status of your bank or card company. Bank Transfers: If you have specified a bank account for the transfer, the transfer will be made around the end of the following month after the account is designated (on the last business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday). Confirmation of Transfer/Refund: Please note that we will not contact you individually regarding the completion of the transfer or refund. Please check after the month in which the transfer is scheduled. Unsuccessful Bank Transfers: If we are unable to transfer money to your designated bank account, we will send you a separate email to confirm your account information.
NOTES
- 3 winners will be selected by lottery from those who have made a car booking during the offer period.
- Winners will be notified by email. Winners will not be announced by any other means.
- Eligibility is limited to those who have completed a car booking for the applicable period during the offer period and have applied for participation through the application form. Applications that are not submitted through the application form will not be eligible for the lottery. Also, if you are a No Show (if the actual use is not confirmed after the booking), you will not be eligible. Only those who actually used the rental car are eligible.
- The right to win cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for cash.
- The offer details are subject to change without notice. Even if there are changes, the previous conditions will not apply to bookings and applications that have already been completed.
- Please note that the payment made at the time of your booking may be less than the amount paid due to refunds and exchange rate fluctuations.
- Remittance in Taiwan dollars may not be possible in certain circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you separately to confirm the remittance method, your desired currency, and the handling of your bank.
- Anyone can apply for this offer, but please note that bookings outside the target period are not eligible for the lottery.
